PRODUCT GUARANTEE All of our products are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect. If you should recieve a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will promptly (within 24 hours), either send a replacement piece or have the product picked up by UPS and returned to us for replacement. (This has only happened once in five years!). We will need the original packaging, so please include it with the returned item. Should you change your mind about one of our products within 30 days of ordering it you may return it to us, as long as it has not been used or installed, for a refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. SHIPPING We now offer free shipping via UPS ground within the continental USA on most products. We will contact you about extra charges for express shipping. International orders normally ship via US Postal Service and we will contact you about the additional charges before we charge or ship your order. You will be responsible for paying customs fees/taxes on your end. International orders can take 1 week for processing. Most orders received before 9 a.m. are shipped that day.
